From time to time projects come along where investors can get in at the 'grass roots' stage of development. These opportunities enable an individual investor or syndicate to purchase land and develop the project in conjunction with ourselves.
For those clients who are pure investors then project development may well be a more attractive proposition! The investment can be structured in such a way that the investor receives a guaranteed regular income stream during the construction process with a lump sum payment of the original capital plus growth at the end of the investment. The investment term is usually 5 years or less and the returns are fantastic.
